Before bidding an adieu to Kim Jones, the former artistic director of menswear sees his penultimate collection – the Pre-Fall 2018 – play host to Louis Vuitton’s brand new mascot: Vivienne.
She’s an adorable figurine who has a flower for a face, luggage tags as arms, tiny legs and a patch over its eye in the shape of LV’s iconic motif. Basically, she screams all things cute. Vivienne’s name was inspired by Louis Vuitton’s WN leather and she also possesses the same qualities as the Maison’s expertise in leather and craftsmanship. So aside from being the cheeky character that she is, Vivienne’s also the house’s go-to.
